Grace Charlene Grunander

Grace was such a light in this world. Grace was the ultimate peacemaker and could calm every storm and settle every "sticky situation". Our family motto each school year was to be a friend to those who had none, and she exemplified this daily. Strangers have connected to us via social media to tell us of their encounters with Grace that made a lifelong impression. We pray for people to remember the loving spirit she was blessed with and continue to live a life LOVING LIKE GRACE.

LOVE LIKE GRACE MEMORIAL 5K

Grace Charlene Grunander was the epitome of love and kindness. This race is to honor her memory by raising money for the Grace Charlene Grunander Memorial Scholarship for students in the Weber School District.

There will be a 5k and a 1 mile fun run. The race will start and end at Henry Barker Jr. Park in Pleasant View, UT. The address is 520 W Elberta Dr, Pleasant View, UT 84414. Both races will be hand timed by race volunteers and posted on runnercard if you register by May 31. If you register the morning of, you'll need to time yourself.

Scholarship

Grace Charlene Grunander was the epitome of love and kindness. This scholarship was created to keep her legacy alive. The intent of this scholarship is to provide a graduating Weber High School senior, who has a minimum 3.5 grade point average, with financial assistance for their college studies. This student should also show a remarkable capacity for kindness and acceptance of others.
